Effective February 19, 2025, the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) and the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) transitioned to an Expression of Interest (EOI) model. Prospective applicants must first submit an EOI and receive an invitation before proceeding with an NLPNP application or being included in an AIP Endorsement application.

Update for Employers:

As of March 7, 2025, Job Vacancy Assessment and AIP Designation applications, as well as update requests for existing applications, are now open to employers. Employers seeking guidance may contact their Labour Market Development Officer or email EmploymentPrograms@gov.nl.ca for further information.
