Question: When will I receive my requested items?
Answer: As soon as possible.

Question: How will I retrieve my requested items?
Answer: Your items will be mailed to the address you provide.

Question: How long will it take to get my record?
Answer: Upon receipt of acceptance, your documentation should be mailed out to you within five to seven business days. If you are in an area that requires a P.O. BOX, it is important that this is included in the address block.
